FIRST LEGO League Explore Robotics Club (Grades 2/3)
Mission: Students will have the opportunity to learn teamwork, research skills and robotics to solve real world problems. Students will present at a Gwinnett County First LEGO League Showcase in March.

Description of Planned Activities: FIRST LEGO League is built on a foundation of core values (discovery, impact, innovation, teamwork, and fun) and inspires youth to experiment and grow their critical thinking, coding, and design skills through fun hands-on STEM learning and robotics using LEGO bricks. Club is limited to 6 students (no longer a GCPS showcase- it's a Norcross Cluster FLL Festival in the spring. January-May
Local Affiliation: The Gwinnett County Showcase is sponsored by First Inspires run by LEGO International and Gwinnett County Public Schools
Meeting Place: STEM Lab Thursdays from 3:45-5:00 January-March
