Mission: Students will learn about environmental issues and have the opportunity to learn indoor and outdoor gardening skills.
Faculty Advisor: Lauren Dennis
Description of Planned Activities: For students interested in plants, gardening, sustainability, recycling, and protecting our planet. This club is open to all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. Students will have the opportunity to interact with nature and its needs, oversee multiple forms of gardening, and will learn about sustainable practices to keep our planet green! September-May
Local Affiliation: Students will have the opportunity to work with Master Gardeners from the UGA Extension service here in Gwinnett County.
Meeting Place: STEM Lab Tuesdays after school from 3:45-5:30
