Mission: Help 5th grade students express themselves and become more thoughtful through writing and hip hop music.

Description of Activities: Students will learn to write lyrics and make beats that express their thoughts and feelings. During this process students will also engage in self-reflection and mindfulness. Learn about the history of Hip hop and some of its pioneers.
